These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vsita International website and the purchase of products from us. Vsita International (Formerly Sri Saraswathi Cashews), based in Panruti, Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, sells premium quality cashews.

1. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, prices and packaging sizes are shown on the website. We make every effort to display product information accurately. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST of 5% as applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery pincode and order weight, and are shown before you pay.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received successfully. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking or wallets. We never store your card or banking details on our servers.

3. Delivery

We deliver cashew orders across India through our courier partners. Delivery times may vary based on the destination pincode and courier availability. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier. Delivery address and pincode provided at checkout must be accurate; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders once placed and paid may not be cancelled after dispatch. If the wrong product is delivered, the product is damaged in transit, or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at vsitainternational@gmail.com or +91 97882 71476. Verified claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund as per Razorpay's refund policy.

5. Food Safety & Quality

Our cashews are processed and packed under hygienic conditions. If you receive a product that is stale, damaged or unfit for consumption, do not consume it and report it to us immediately with photographs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vsita International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
